The annual meeting of the corporation shall cover the final adoption of the budget, seating of the new directors, and normal club business.

Board of Directors Monthly Meeting
Open to corporate membership, this is a closed meeting, if you would like to address the board during the meeting you need to be put on the agenda. Contact club president to be put on agenda at least three days before.
NO MONTHLY MEETING IN DECEMBER.

Annual Coyote Hunt Flea Market. Vendors move in Friday evening and move out on Sunday.
